Key Duties and Responsibilities

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage ONN's website, domains, and digital tools
- Provide technical support to the team (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ensure basic cybersecurity and data management practices
- Support virtual events and online platforms used by ONN
- Collaborate on IT systems for data tracking and reporting
Qualification & Skills
- Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related
- 1–3 years experience in tech support, web management, or systems admin
- Familiar with platforms like WordPress, Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace
- Interest in GIS, data visualization, or marine data tools is a plus
Human Resources Officer

Support the management of ONN's volunteer teams through inclusive HR practices, ensuring well-being, performance, and team cohesion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
- Develop and maintain volunteer records and HR databases
- Address volunteer welfare, conflict resolution, and performance follow-up
- Organize capacity-building and team-building activities
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across ONN's operations
Qualification & Skills
- Degree/diploma in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related
- 1–3 years experience in HR or volunteer coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus
Marketing and Communication Officer

Role
Lead ONN's visibility and storytelling efforts by managing external communications, digital content, and public engagement strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage ONN's social media platforms and grow online engagement
- Design and disseminate monthly newsletters and press releases
- Create visual and written content (stories, videos, infographics)
- Coordinate communication during events, webinars, and campaigns
- Maintain ONN's branding guidelines across all communication channels
Qualification & Skills
